All popular email services, including Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Outlook.com, allow you to send emails to multiple contacts or email addresses at once. You can send group emails from any of the three email services as long as you don’t re-send unwanted emails to people you don’t know – the email service can look at this spam and punish you. You can add both existing contacts and new email addresses to your group’s email, but recipient limits may apply.

Hidden copy
If you add contacts in to the box, each contact can see all other contacts who received the group email. To hide recipients in email messages, add contacts to Bcc – Bcc field
Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Outlook.com support blind carbon copy. Click on the Bcc link next to the To field to display the Bcc field and add contacts and email addresses.
Send limit
Email services usually limit the number of recipients you can email at one time to prevent spam and unwanted emails.
Gmail temporarily disables your account if you try to send an email to more than 500 contacts – the service usually re-enables it within 24 hours.
Yahoo Mail does not disclose the recipient limit, but looks for suspicious activity. If the service thinks your group’s messages are spam, it can restrict or close your account.
You can include up to 100 contacts in Outlook.com email and send up to 300 messages in 24 hours. In other words, you can send a maximum of three group emails that contain a maximum of 100 recipients in any 24-hour period.
